EVP announces staff member promotion to Assistant EVP
Executive Vice President (EVP) Mike Conroy announced the promotion of Director of Community Management Karen Kodjanian to the position of Assistant Executive Vice President. Conroy said, “I am thrilled to promote Karen to this role, one she is well suited for. Her understanding of MVF, the Montgomery Village community, and the unique relationships with our individual communities, as well as her collaboration and management skills made her the perfect person for this position.”
Kodjanian has worked for the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF) for more than 12 years, serving as the Director of Community Management and applying her vast industry knowledge to benefit many local homes corporations and condominium associations in the Village. She has been the liaison to several former committees and is currently MVF’s representative to the Montgomery County Airpark Community Advisory Committee. During her tenure at MVF, Kodjanian has also managed several special projects and dedicated much time to tracking legislation that may affect HOAs, condominiums and the community at large.
The MVF Board concurred with the promotion, knowing Kodjanian will work closely with the EVP and other staff on strategic planning, organizational development, community outreach, committee assignments and special projects. Kodjanian will also continue to lead the Community Management Department and its initiatives.
