Commercial Robbery
A commercial robbery occurred at a 7-Eleven located in the 19200 block of Watkins Mill Road at approximately 9:07 p.m. on Aug. 25. The suspect stole merchandise and assaulted the adult female employee. The suspect was arrested. Arrested: Sheldon King, age 31; of Montgomery Village, MD

Vehicle Theft
Vehicle thefts occurred in the following areas:

in the area of Islandside Drive and Sailfish Terrace between approximately 9 p.m. on Aug. 22 and 12:20 p.m. on Aug. 24. Unknown entry. The vehicle was recovered on Aug. 25. No suspect(s) information available

 in the 8600 block of Welbeck Way between approximately 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 27 and 7:58 a.m. on Aug. 28. Force. The vehicle was recovered on Aug. 30. No suspect(s) information available

Strong-Arm Robbery
A strong-arm robbery occurred in the 18300 block of Lost Knife Circle at approximately 11:10 p.m. on Aug. 21. The suspect assaulted the juvenile male victim and took his property. Victim/Witness described suspect as: B/M, age unknown

Theft from Vehicle
Two thefts from vehicles occurred between Aug. 25 and Aug. 28. One theft occurred in the 9600 block of Wightman Road and one theft occurred in the 19300 block of Montgomery Village Avenue. Force; money, property and vehicle parts were taken. No suspect(s) information available

Aggravated Assault
An aggravated assault occurred at Boost Mobile located in the 18300 block of Contour Road at approximately 5:02 p.m. on Aug. 23. The suspect displayed a weapon. The suspect was arrested. Arrested: Abner Mendez-Carias, age 40; of Montgomery Village, MD

Armed Robbery
An armed robbery occurred in the 19200 block of Watkins Mill Road at approximately 11:18 p.m. on Aug. 23. The suspect displayed a weapon, assaulted the adult male victim and took his property. The suspect was arrested. Arrested: Kerlin Morales-Meza, age 23; of an unconfirmed address
