Seniors in Action

Seniors in ActionMVF’s Seniors in Action seasonal sessions offer a variety of activities Monday through Thursday and select Fridays for adults 55 and over in the Montgomery Village community. Under the guidance of the Senior Advisory Board, activities include social gatherings, arts and crafts, leisure games, exercise, book discussions, special events, community outreach and outings. Seniors residing outside of Montgomery Village are invited to join our growing Seniors in Action program as well!

Activities are held at Stedwick Community Center, 10401 Stedwick Road, unless otherwise noted.
