Office of the EVP

The Executive Vice President (EVP) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF), handling long-range planning, investigating capital improvements and new revenue sources, and overseeing budget development.

The Montgomery Village Foundation Board of Directors works closely with the EVP, the highest-ranking salaried employee of the corporation.

Montgomery Village Foundation has announced that Mike Conroy, EVP, is no longer with the organization, effective April 7, 2026.

As MVF moves forward, the Board has implemented a transition plan to ensure continuity of operations and ongoing support for Montgomery Village residents. Karen Kodjanian, Assistant EVP, has been appointed Interim EVP and oversees the responsibilities of the position.
