1. Coffee-Borden moved to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held June 25, 2026 as presented. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
   
   
2. Rabil moved to accept the Action List as presented. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
   
   
3. Anderson moved to approve additional funds for services and additional expenses for engineering services from Gutschick, Little & Weber, P.A. for Theater Pond Improvements for a total additional amount of $13,500. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
   
   
4. Coffee-Borden moved to approve sending a letter to Spotless Brands opposing the proposed development on behalf of the MVF Board of Directors. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

5. Guiragossian moved to approve the authorization of the Interim EVP to negotiate a contract with CINC Systems to provide a management platform operating system with an anticipated live date of Summer 2027.
   
   
6. Rabil moved to approve to accept all of the committee reports included in the Board Packet. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
   
   
7. Ayres moved to adjourn the Regular Meeting at 9:09 p.m. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
