MONTGOMERY VILLAGE FOUNDATION, INC. SMS TERMS OF USE

Please read these SMS Terms of Use before opting in or out of SMS Text Alerts:
  1. CONSENT: Montgomery Village Foundation, Inc. (MVF) may communicate important information about its programs and operations to you by SMS text alerts. Examples of the text alerts that MVF may send include emergency alerts related to weather, safety conditions related to community property, roads and utility services; reminders of assessments due dates and other MVF operation information; reminders of events and activities. These text alerts are provided as needed and  are likely to be sent to you no more than three times per week.

  2. OPT-OUT:  You can cancel the SMS text alerts at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you text “STOP,” you will receive an SMS NETWORK text alert to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS text alerts from MVF. If you want to again receive SMS text alerts from MVF,  you may text back “UNSTOP” OR “START” to receive SMS text alerts again.

  3. HELP: If you experience issues with the SMS text alert system, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing webmaster@mvf.org.

  4. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: MVF is  not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS text alerts.

  5. RATES: As always, text message and data rates may apply for any SMS text alerts that MVF sends to you. If you have questions about your SMS text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
