Christ the Servant Lutheran Church, 9801 Centerway Road, has partnered with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul to collect donated items, which will go to one of the charity’s thrift stores to be sold to the public. The church is asking the Montgomery Village community to donate new and clean used clothing and shoes. Donations may be placed in the large Blue Donation Box located in the church’s parking lot.
The Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF) Board of Directors held its annual meeting on Thursday, March 21 at North Creek Community Center. During the meeting, newly elected members to the Board, Stuart Flatow and incumbents Susan Prince and Pamela Bort, were installed for their 2024-2027 term.
At the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF) Board of Directors meeting held on March 21, the Board elected Doniele Ayres as President and Susan Prince as Vice President for 2024–2025. The regular business meeting preceded the Annual Meeting, which highlighted service in the community.
The Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF) Board of Directors is seeking a volunteer to serve as Treasurer. After several years of service to the community, Treasurer Stephen Taylor resigned the position in mid-March, and it was publicly announced at the March MVF Board of Directors meeting.
