MELISSA PELAEZ
I am a long-time resident having lived in Stedwick for over 22 years. I have been a property manager managing high-rise buildings, mid rise buildings and multi structured Condominiums and Homeowners Associations for over 27 years. We raised our son in the village and encouraged his participation in community events and opportunities along the way. I enjoy the neighborhood comradery as well as the beauty of living here and have always appreciated all that goes in to serving on the Board in such a large community. With the age of the community, I recognize there will be increased maintenance related matters and I have enjoyed my time on the Board working to assure we are acting in the best interest of the community as a whole. I look forward to continue working with Management and the Board for the greater good in Stedwick Homes Corporation. I appreciate your consideration.
