On Oct. 17, community members, elected officials and MVF staff gathered to celebrate a milestone moment in MVF’s journey toward sustainability – the unveiling and ribbon-cutting for the MVF Solar Panel Project. Thanks to the efforts of Senator Nancy King (third from right) and the District 39 team, MVF was awarded an $800,000 non-matching state grant to fund the project.
