MVF offers a pilot permit parking program at Apple Ridge Recreation Area

Do you need an overnight parking space for your residential (non-commercial) vehicle? The Montgomery Village Foundation is offering a pilot permit parking program at Apple Ridge Recreation Area, 10101 Apple Ridge Road. There will be 25 spots available, and this pilot program will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. This program will begin in 2024 when 20 eligible vehicles have joined the waitlist.

The criteria for this program are:

  • The cost is $270 per quarter (about $3 a day).
  • Permitted vehicles may park between 8:30 p.m. and 8 a.m., 7 days per week.
  • Only 1 residential vehicle per household may participate.
  • Residents must have no violations and be current on their assessments.
  • Residents must follow all MVF parking rules and regulations.
