Living Grace Basketball Team becomes MCST Division I State semifinalist

The Living Grace Christian School Varsity Boys Basketball Team made the semifinals of the Maryland Christian School Division I State Tournament this past 2024–25 season. On Feb, 25, the team played Covenant Life School in the quarterfinals, winning 57–52. In that game, Captain Joshua Switzer scored 21 points and grabbed 8 rebounds, and Zechariah Tchoubfong scored 20 points, grabbed 18 rebounds, and dished 6 assists. Eden Campbell chipped in with 5 points along with 5 rebounds and 2 steals. Captain Godwin Johnson and Dovion Rudolph each added 5 points along with excellent defense to pull out the victory.   

In the state semifinal game on February 28, LGCS lost to Heritage Academy, 74–43. Making the All-Tournament Team, Zechariah Tchoubfong led Living Grace’s efforts with 13 points and 6 rebounds. Joshua Switzer contributed 11 points, 10 rebounds and 5 steals. Eden Campbell scored 7 points to go along with 4 rebounds. Godwin Johnson contributed 6 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Living Grace ended the season with 15 wins and 3 losses. Living Grace Christian School is very grateful for an outstanding season.
