ALLISON EWING
It has been a pleasure living in the Fairidge community of Patton Ridge for the past 9.5 years. As an educator, I see firsthand the role communities play in the lives of our residents and I have chosen to raise my family here because of the strong community, services, and diversity present. Since living here, I have enjoyed becoming acquainted with the community and want to be part of its positive growth, development, and renewal. Recently I have served as President of the Patton Ridge Homes Corporation and have worked to maintain and address the needs of our diverse community. I look forward to continuing this work alongside the other members of the Board and strive to create a sustainable community that will continue to service and support all present and future residents.

My wife of 37 years and I have lived on Dellcastle Road for approximately 17 years. I have always and continue to love where I am. The main reason—great neighbors. Up and down wave, say hello and sometimes chat. More and more young folks with children are moving near me which is great. A bit about me. Sixty-six at the end of this month. Full time safety manager at the Carderock Naval Warfare Center. Originally from Queens, NY. Two grannies—5, 7. Daughter who my wife and I traveled to Russia to adopt in 1969…I got stories. So, getting back to the why. Anything I could help to keep our community bright I’m happy to help. I would like to respectfully continue to offer my services and thus offer my candidacy for Board member of the Patton Ridge Board of Directors.

WAYMAN KA
Greetings Patton Ridge Homeowners Association Members, my name is Wayman Ka and I’m excited to announce my candidacy for a position on the Patton Ridge HOA Board. I’m looking forward to working with the other board members and volunteers in an effort to continuously make Patton Ridge a great place to live. I have lived in Patton Ridge for a little over 11 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I have a loving spouse and 2 children. In my spare time, I like to play basketball, pickleball, golf, weightlift, garden, and stay involved in our community. I believe my background in IT project management and years of being a board member in my kids’ school PTAs make me an excellent candidate for the role. I firmly believe I have the familiarity and necessary experience to perform this role well. I am very enthusiastic and give my all to every job/task that I am given. Please vote for me in this Patton Ridge Board election. Thank you.
