Spring brings renewal and growth, both in our gardens and in our community, and we are pleased to share the latest updates and happenings in Patton Ridge.
At the time of this writing, the rescheduled annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. The board will share the outcomes from the meeting in a future Village News article.
The gazebo that was damaged at the corner of Arrowhead Road and Rothbury Road will be replaced as part of an insurance claim. The board is awaiting insurance funds to move forward with permitting for the project.
The board approved a revised Motor Vehicle Policy at its February 2026 meeting to allow for the removal of parking spaces for delinquent accounts. In addition, the board approved updates to the community architectural standards and reaffirmed a set of existing community policies. We appreciate your continued engagement in our community and look forward to a vibrant spring and summer filled with growth and neighborly connections in Patton Ridge.
