Spring is here!

Spring has finally arrived and Maryland Place is looking beautiful. The neighborhood Pink Dogwood trees are in bloom and look and smell amazing. Many residents have beautiful flowerbeds, which really make for a great display. Let’s keep up the great work!

As a reminder trash and recycling is picked up from your front yard at the sidewalk, unless you live in the courts of Marston where you would bring it to the curb where you park. No need for everyone else to bring trash and recycling out to the curb. Just place it in your front yard by the sidewalk and you’re done! We still have trash, mattresses, furniture, etc. being placed on community property, which is not allowed. There will be no trash pickup on the following days:

• Memorial Day – Monday, May 27
• Independence Day – Thursday, July 4
• Labor Day – Monday, September 2
