Living Grace Christian School students place in Championship Spelling Bee

Living Grace Christian School (LGCS) participated in the Association of Christian Schools International Spelling Bee on Monday, March 6, at Perry Hall Christian School in Perry Hall.

Out of the school’s 14 contestants, 9 of them made the finals. In the finals, the LGCS students took the top 4 places! In the Final Spell-off of all the winners in the 5^th through 8^th grades, Tyler Kadrichu took 1^st place, Yoel Fitsum took 2^nd place, Anna Wong took 3^rd place and Dorianna Vendeuvre took 4^th place! 

The following are the LGCS Spelling Bee Team finishes in the Grade-Level Spelling Bees: 

Grade 5
3^rd place: Laish Budala
1^st place: Rylie Bautista

Grade 6
3^rd place: Yahel Abraham
2^nd place: Shalom Worku
1^st place: Yoel Fitsum

Grade 7
4^th place: Tyler Kadrichu
1^st place: Perla Mangandi

Grade 8
3^rd place: Dorianna Vendeuvre
2^nd place: Anna Wong
