Stedwick Signals

Stedwick Candidate Statements

JENNY CANCELADO
I have been a resident of this community since March of 2011. Over the years, I’ve grown to truly appreciate what makes our neighborhood special, especially the open and green spaces that make this a great place for families to live and grow.

I would like to continue serving our community by offering my perspective, listening to residents, and working together on improvements that benefi t everyone. My goal is to help keep our community well maintained, welcoming, and moving in a positive direction. Thank you for your time and consideration

ANDRES GUZMAN
I have lived in the Stedwick community with my family for nearly 10 years and I have had the pleasure of being a part of the board for the past four years. I work in county government, and I wish to use my work experience to continue to work for the good of the Stedwick community.

CHRIS LEISHEAR
I have lived in the community for over 50 years now and have had the good fortune of growing up here and watching the community evolve. This evolution and need for resident involvement is the reason I joined the board, and why I continue to enjoy my role now as the President. I look forward to serving you for another term, working for the residents of the Stedwick Homes Corporation.

STÉPHANIE MBELLA
My name is Stéphanie and I have been a resident of Clusters II in Stedwick for more than 4 years. I enjoy the serene nature of the neighborhood and the wonderful neighbors I am surrounded by. Professionally, I am an educator with a background in Student Success. By serving the board, I hope to lend a hand in the continuous communication and community building efforts.

Stedwick Signals: for residents of Club Hill, Clusters of Stedwick I, II, III, Forest Brooke, Frenchton Place, Ridges of Stedwick and the Heights.
