Stedwick Parking

Parking in Stedwick is regulated by covenants and rules: 

• Overnight parking of commercial vehicles and open-bed trucks (not capped) is prohibited unless garaged;
• Parking of trailers, boats, campers, oversized vehicles or recreational vehicles is prohibited;
• Parking in fire lanes, parking on sidewalks, parking on green space and double-parking are prohibited;
• Unlicensed, inoperative or abandoned vehicles are prohibited;
• Vehicles must not be stored in the parking area; all vehicles must be moved at least every 14 days;
• Vehicles must not be used for storage;
• Extensive vehicle repairs are prohibited;
• Residents are expected to use garages, carports and driveways when provided.
