Eastgate Parking

Parking in Eastgate is regulated by covenants and rules:

• Overnight parking of commercial vehicles and trucks is prohibited unless garaged.
• Parking of trailers, boats, campers, oversized vehicles or recreational vehicles is prohibited. 
• Parking in fire lanes, parking on sidewalks, parking on green space, and double-parking are prohibited.
• Unlicensed, inoperative or abandoned vehicles are prohibited. 
• Vehicles must not be stored in the parking area (all vehicles must be moved at least every 30 days).
• Vehicles must not be used for storage. 
• Extensive vehicle repairs are prohibited.  
• Violators may be stickered and towed.
• Residents are expected to use garages, carports and driveways when provided.
