Parking in East Village is regulated by covenants and rules:

  • Overnight parking of commercial vehicles and trucks is prohibited unless garaged;
  • Parking of trailers, boats, campers, oversized vehicles or recreational vehicles is prohibited;
  • Parking in fire lanes, parking on sidewalks, parking on green space and double-parking are prohibited;
  • Unlicensed, inoperative or abandoned vehicles are prohibited;
  • Vehicles must not be stored in the parking area (all vehicles must be moved at least every 30 days);
  • Vehicles must not be used for storage;
  • Extensive vehicle repairs are prohibited;
  • Violators may be stickered and towed;
  • Residents are expected to use garages, carports and driveways when provided.
