Parking lots to temporarily close for sealcoating and restriping

Several Montgomery Village Foundation parking lots will be closed for approximately 48 hours (starting on the dates shown below) for asphalt repair. This essential maintenance work is being carried out to improve the safety and appearance of these facilities.

Closures can be expected as follows:

Sunday, May 14 at 8 p.m. through Tuesday, May 16 at 5 p.m.

  • Martin P. Roy Park, 20121 Cinnabar Drive
  • Patsy Huson Ballfield, 20300 Fulks Farm Road
  • Apple Ridge Ballfield, 20101 Swallow Road
  • North Creek Lake Park (corner of Montgomery Village Avenue and Shadow Oak Drive

Monday, May 15 at 8 p.m. through Wednesday, May 17 at 5 p.m.

  • Milton Kaufman Park, 9607 Wightman Road

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of these parking lots. We kindly request that residents and visitors make alternative parking arrangements during this period. Residents who typically park overnight at Apple Ridge Ballfield may utilize the parking lot at Apple Ridge Recreation Area, 10101 Apple Ridge Road, on the nights of Sunday, May 14 and Monday, May 15.
