At a community meeting on March 29, ARC, owners of the Village Center, presented a modified sketch plan of their vision for the center to residents. The major change in the plan was the elimination of the 212-unit apartment complex and parking garage, in favor of more townhouse units. This revision brings the proposed unit count on the site from 299 to 115.
