I am requesting the opportunity to remain on the Eastgate Homes Corporation Board of Directors for an additional term to continue addressing our community concerns that will maintain and/or enhance our community. I have lived in the Ridgefield section of Eastgate since 1996, and accepted the request to volunteer on our board in 2016, to ensure we had enough residents to meet the required quorum and avoid a paid property management company to make spending and other decision for our community.
I am a Registered Nurse with a B.S. in Nursing from State University of NY at Brooklyn and a M.S. in Management with a specialty in Healthcare Administration from University of MD. I currently work in Quality Management for the Federal Govt. I raised my son here in the Village since he was two years old after leaving NYC. This has been our only MD residence and I am pleased to say, our community has not changed much after 26 years. So, I have a vested interest in maintaining our cost effectiveness to keep our community.

As a 14 year resident of Eastgate and a 19 year resident of Montgomery Village, I'm very pleased to represent our housing corporation and support improvements in our neighborhood. Having served on the Eastgate board for the past seven years, I’ve supported initiatives that have removed dead or dying trees, replaced our landscaping vendor and sought to identify ways to improve our budget position for both the near and long term. I’m excited to continue in my role supporting the interests of our great neighborhood.
I work for a software company providing IT services for the Federal government and received my MBA from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business. My wife and our four children live in the Kings Point community.
