The Montgomery Village Annual Christmas Tree Lighting was enjoyed by many residents on November 29. Adults and children spent the hour listening to music by the Montgomery Village Community Band and Watkins Mill High School choral group, sipping hot cocoa and munching cookies before Santa arrived on a fire truck from the Gaithersburg/Washington Grove Volunteer Fire Department and the tree lights lit up the night.
