Park of the Month: Clubside Park

One of the most visible, but unknown parks in Montgomery Village is Clubside Park. This small park is located at 19500 Montgomery Village Avenue. The park borders the former Montgomery Village Golf Course property and the Clubside community. The small 1.8-acre park features picnic areas, a shaded gazebo, open space and a newly renovated playground.

The new playground was designed and installed by Thurmont-based Playground Specialists Inc. Instal-lation was completed at the beginning of September, and staff has received great feedback already on the new playground. This bright colored playground features two slides, a unique climber, swings and a ton of ways to have fun! Be sure to stop by Clubside Park to try out the new playground.
