South Village Finances
The South Village Board of Directors is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of the Home Corporation's finances, including taxes, expenses, investments, income and independent audits. A budget is drafted annually and presented to members of the Homes Corporation for review and comment before it is finalized and approved by the board.
Budget documentation will typically include information on member assessments, recreation fees where applicable, common property maintenance expenses, general expenses, reserve allotments, and pass-through expenses such as trash removal and security patrols.
