Park Place II Parking
NOW RESUMING PARKING PASS DISTRIBUTION
Parking in Park Place II is regulated by covenants and rules:
- Overnight parking of commercial vehicles is prohibited;
- Parking of trailers, boats, campers, oversized vehicles or recreational vehicles is prohibited;
- Parking in fire lanes, parking on sidewalks, parking on green space, and double-parking are prohibited;
- Unlicensed, inoperative or abandoned vehicles are prohibited;
- Vehicles must not be stored in the parking area; all vehicles must be moved at least every 30 days;
- Vehicles must not be used for storage;
- Extensive vehicle repairs are prohibited;
- Violators may be stickered and towed.
