Moe’s Southwest Grill open in Montgomery Village

Two Germantown locals, Chirag Shah and Christopher Tyler, are bringing a taste of Tex-Mex to Montgomery Village. Shah and Tyler met at Northwest High School and have been friends since.

Shah and Tyler share a love of Mexican food as well as having experience working in the restaurant industry. Combining their passion and skills, they thought, why not bring a Moe's Southwest Grill to Montgomery Village? "I've always loved the atmosphere when you enter a Moe's. It's loud, friendly and welcoming with the added bonus of great food,” says Shah.

Along with opening a new restaurant, these longtime friends' wives will also be welcoming babies the same week as their grand opening!

Moe's Southwest Grill opened on Thursday, Feb. 3 at the newly-renovated Montgomery Village Center, 19222 Montgomery Village Avenue.
