Juan-Manuel Carrillo


Term: 2021 – 2024

Juan-Manuel (he/him) is a 20+ year resident of Montgomery Village (Dockside and Whetstone). Over this period, he and his family have enjoyed and actively participated in many of the events and activities that Montgomery Village has to offer.

Professionally, Juan-Manuel has worked as project management lead at a local Fortune 500 investment firm for the last 6 years. Prior to that, he was an independent consultant for over a decade supporting multiple corporate clients in the DC Metropolitan Area. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the American University and multiple management certifications. He is also a native Spanish speaker.

For the last few years, Juan-Manuel has served his community as a volunteer Soccer Commissioner with the Montgomery Village Sports Association (MVSA). He has also volunteered for Future Soccer Club, a local youth sports organization, where he has coached and provided overall administrative support. As a Director of the Montgomery Village Foundation, Juan-Manuel hopes to continue and expand on the traditions, activities, and events organized by MVF that make Montgomery Village special.
