When there is a two-hour delayed opening of Montgomery County Schools, all Department of Recreation and Parks classes and programs that begin prior to noon, will be cancelled (except Seniors in Action and Creative Playtime 3’s and Creative Playtime 4’s, which will meet at 10 a.m.).
